The working sequence
Five stages, with decisions visible
Initial measure
Photographs, rough sizes and the brief establish the sensible products and a written quotation.
Survey and measure twice
We check manufacture sizes, openings, cills, access, threshold, ventilation, structural notes and making-good scope.
Factory-built to the signed specification
System, colour, glass, hardware and opening drawings are confirmed before our named factory route builds to order. Lead time is confirmed when the specification is signed off.
Install and protect the property
Removal, fitting, sealing, adjustment and agreed making good follow the order scope. Waste handling is agreed on the written quote.
Handover and aftercare
Operation, keys, care and guarantee paperwork are handed over; any snag is recorded rather than hidden.

We agree the access plan before fitting. Blind removal, curtains, furniture and fragile items remain your responsibility unless quoted otherwise.
04What happens if the opening is different at survey?
We revise the drawing, product or scope and explain any price or programme effect before manufacture.
