Stunning Window Bay and Door Transformation in Bilston

In the charming town of Bilston, UK, we recently completed an impressive project involving the replacement of ten windows and one door for a valued client. The project featured our high-performance Aluplast Ideal 8000 system, known for its superior energy efficiency, security, and modern design.

Our scope of work included the installation of a variety of window types and a robust entrance door, all tailored to enhance the home's aesthetics and functionality. One of the standout features of this project was the creation of a beautiful window bay consisting of three seamlessly integrated windows. This bay window not only enhances the curb appeal of the property but also allows for increased natural light and a more expansive view of the outdoors, adding both value and comfort to the living space.

For the window installations, we utilised the Aluplast Ideal 8000 system, with the exterior finished in anthracite (AP040), lending a sleek and contemporary look. The outer frames, with their robust 85 mm depth and 80 mm height, were custom-built to fit the specific dimensions required by the client. The white core and black gasket combination ensured a cohesive and modern appearance.

Each window featured solid steel frame reinforcement of either 1.25 mm or 2 mm, depending on the specific requirements, ensuring exceptional durability and stability. The glazing options included advanced configurations such as 6th/14Ar/6/14Ar/6th [Ug=0.6] (46 mm) [EKO] and 6 Mirastar /12Ar/6th ESG/12Ar/44.4th [Ug=0.7], providing excellent thermal insulation and noise reduction.

For the door replacement, we installed an Aluplast Ideal 8000 door system. This included a sturdy 1200 mm x 2090 mm door with a robust aluminium threshold and the reliable GU SECURY AUTOMATIC door bolt, ensuring top-notch security. The door’s anthracite finish, paired with white and silver hardware, created a stylish and cohesive look with the windows.

The meticulous selection of components, including the Soft Line Glazing beads, Tilt-Turn ROTO fittings, and JOCKER hinges, ensured that each installation was of the highest quality, meeting the client’s expectations for both performance and aesthetics. Special features such as the Aereco air vents provided additional benefits, improving ventilation without compromising security.
