Duże podziękowania dla panów monterów którzy wykonali największą cześć pracy, bardzo zorganizowani i dokladni (od usuniecia starych okien poprzez całą obróbkę nowych okien i porządek podczas prac) ... Więc polecam jak najbardziej...

Chlopaki zrobili kawal dobrej roboty i tym razem . W tym roku przyszedł czas na okno kuchenne i drzwi ogrodowe typu bi-fold. No problems at all. Told them that I required it for a certain date due to my breaklayer coming to start the work. Communication constant. Will recommend and use again in the future.

I recently had a new bedroom window and front door supplied and installed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Steven was the person I dealt with, and he was great from the start – very responsive, quick to provide a quote, and the price was surprisingly attractive compared to others I had looked into. The installation was carried out by Marcus, who did a fantastic job. The fitting was done to a very high standard – no nasty gaps or imperfections, everything aligned perfectly. He also made sure to leave the area clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated. There was a small issue with the window handle – the wrong colour was sent – but Steven resolved it quickly and without any fuss. The correct handles were sent out promptly and everything was sorted smoothly. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the finished result. The new window and door look great, everything works perfectly, and the whole process was made really easy thanks to Steven’s great communication and Marcus’s excellent workmanship. Highly recommended!

Windows4you have installed our front doors, electric garage doors (with 2 remotes) and 3 windows at the back of our home. Job only took 3 days and there was ZERO issues during and after the installation. 3 lads who have been here were very professional and clean everything after each day of their work here. We've had windows installed at the front before by someone else and after that we had to plaster and paint walls around the windows which added an extra cost to overall expensive job. Now with Windows4you there is nothing we need to do. They know what they're doing and they're doing it right. After the job was finished there is no need to do anything else and it looks great! From the initial contact, windows mesurment and instslation Windows4You has been fantastic. Everyone from admin staff to fitters was polite and courteous and they offers very competitive price for triple glazing windows too. There was no hidden fees no pushy sell. Instead, all our questions and concerns were answered promptly and in professional manners. We had all windows replaced in Jun23. We decided to change one external and one internal door too. All manufactured in Poland, from Aluplast. The triple glazed windows are brilliant, both to keep the heat in and the noise out. They are in a different league than the local counterparts. The service experience was very pleasant, from the product choice to the installation. It only took them 3 days to provide the service, despite the distance of 90 miles. A+ service and products, highly recommended!

My mother in law 93, had a problem with the living room window, the hinges had completely failed. We drove over and arrived to find that it was a job for a professional. Miles rang Windows4You and a visit was arranged for the following day. They arrived on time, they were polite and helpful, and gave and incredibly good quote for the repair. They found replacement hinges and returned, on time to complete the repair the following day. Outstanding service! We live 50 miles away but will try to persuade them to travel over to replace our front door. Many thanks.

UPDATE August - still no response from them to arrange remedial work, now have additional problem with the casing of one of the sliders detaching. Have tried to contact them, they have read my message but still not responding. Dissapointed. Ongoing issues with our windows and doors. They asked us to give them a couple of weeks, that was almost 3 months ago - and 2 years after fitting. 2 years of having to chase and follow up and fight to have the installation complete to a satisfactory standard. They're now not replying and we're left with seals that hang out no matter how many times we push them back in, a door handle that needs replacing, and tilt and turn windows that constantly require adjustments. My experience with the whole team at Windows4you has been excellent. From the moment I visited the showroom for the 1st time to discuss the 2 doors I require, to the final phone call to make sure I was happy with everything 😊 I can't fault them. They made me feel very welcome and listened to my requirements, making suggestions and giving me colour samples. Once I'd chosen my 2 doors, the order was placed with a small deposit and only took a few weeks to arrive. The installation men where very polite, friendly and worked none stop to install my doors into a very tricky cottage. They where very professional, cleaned up well and took my old doors. 🙂 I can not recommend this company enough, excellent quality and service all at excellent prices. We had fitted all new windows and side doors by windows4you. *Our choice- flat wide steel reinforced frames with micro ventilation,42mm triple glazing,(frosted in a bathroom,sand blasted on side of the building.all windows open to inside(every single panel) These windows are a+++ rated,incredible insulation(-5 degrees outside and inner glass is worm)thanx to the micro ventilation house is breathing,straight away we noticed huge difference in air quality,now we sleeping much better,no condensation on windows or walls at all.. Thanx to all windows are opening to inside,no problems with cleaning,thats awesome..multiple opening positions allows owners to let as much air from outside as required.we have them closed most of the time tanx to micro vents fresh air is always present. *Crew-very professional and friendly crew,bosses and fitters are very helpful,polite and professional.great communication. *Fitting-no hassle,no stress,no mess.always on time.we actually got our windows fitted over a month ahead a schedule.job was done fast,no damage to anything inside the house,basically after job done the only thing left for us to do was a bit of vacuuming.that was it. *Price-we had 5 quotes from different companies..the cheapest one was £600 more than quote from windows4you for double glazing,standard full pvc frames(no steel reinforcement)opening to outside.for triple glazing opening to inside windows like we wanted, quotes from others were double or even more than double the price we paid to windows4you. Do the math. *Summary- great experience ,great company,great product at unbeatable price. We still got front and back French doors to do,when finances will alow us to change them we not gonna even try do get any quotes from anyone else.we are gonna go straight to windows4you. I am pleased with the windows and doors we had installed. We did have an issue with the handle of the bifold door and they came and fixed it. It is quite common for them to come back as the bifold door require time to settle in and level itself. We did have some slight communication barrier with some staff but Steve always helped us get it right. It is quite reassuring. We might have had an issue during the initial installation due to the wrong sizes but they were there to come and put it right. Great customer service.

Excellent experience from start to finish.... We are quite demanding customers. I made enquiry quotation with 16 other companies. From all of them, we had basic information, like u-value and how many chambers profile contains (the most important figure in energy rating windows). English energy rating is: A+, A, B, C ... ect. Some of the salesman from top companies didn't know those basic figures! After initial enquiry with Windows 4 You made online, we were visited a friendly and knowledgeable sales man who wasn't pushy at all but explained everything really clearly. The surveyor was similarly really prompt and courteous. After all we have 10 German profiles, anthricite colour, treble glazed windows with energy ratio A++ ( u-value 0.78) where other companies priced us 7 double glazed with energy energy ratio A ( u-value 1.2) for the same amount of money . Saving is visible! Other very good point for recomending this company, is fact, that our house is rendered and not all companies were interested to replace windows in this kind of houses. The fitters were in and out quickly and did a good job, tidying up afterwards and leaving no mess behind (we were nervous after having just decorated several rooms, but no need to be!). Our render is in perfect condition after the job. We took advantange of a very satisfactory deal. They are well experienced professionals, who worked very quick and accurate. Best quality tripple glazed and U- value thermal insulation of 0.5 which any other UK companies can only offer U- value of 1.1 which is not really efficient as Windows4you. excellent company and outstanding work very polite and tidy up after themselves. i would highly recomend them and wont think of going to anyone else. they arrived on time and explained the prosses of what they were going to do and the work men worked very hard. in the beginging they gave you time to exlpain what you wanted then gave you several solutions and let you chosse what you thought was best to your budget. excellent company all round, thanks guys
